Pack Your Items
Securely place the pet apparel and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and brand tags are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
