- 5kg: 1.25g (1/4 tspn) per day
- 10kg: 2.5g (3/4 tspn) per day
- 15kg: 3.75g (4/5 tspn) per day
- 20kg: 5g (1 tspn) per day
- 30kg: 7.5g (1 1/2 tspn) per day
- 40kg +: 10g (2 tspn) per day
